Mr. Khalifa Hassan Al Daboos is the Director of the Investment Division of H.H. The Ruler’s Court, Government of Dubai. He was selected by H.H. Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Al Maktoum (Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and the Ruler of Dubai) to establish the Investment Division within H.H. The Ruler’s Court in 2000 and has been at the helm ever since under the direction of H.H. Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum (Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai) today. Khalifa Hassan Al Daboos is a serving Board Member of Emirates Investment & Development PSC and has served in this position since 2004. Mr. Al Daboos is also a Board member of HSBC Middle East Finance Company Limited; M’sharie LLC (a subsidiary of Dubai Investments); Emirates Rawabi and Jeema Mineral Water PSC. Khalifa Hassan Al Daboos has also served on the Boards of the following committees and companies in the past: General Budget Committee (Government of Dubai: 1998- 2006); Development Board (Government of Dubai: 2003 – 2005); National Refreshments Company (2003 – 2005); and Emirates Explosives LLC (2001 – 2005). A national of the UAE, Mr. Khalifa Hassan Al Daboos graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Management Science from the Metropolitan State College, Denver, Colorado.
