Parts Protection Plan

PPP is a long-term component program that makes it possible to predict replacement parts costs with precision and dependability. Costs are determined by aircraft utilization and forecasting therefore making budgeting easy. PPP provides all parts for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, Alert, and recommended Service Bulletins. PPP provides parts for all wear and tear items on the SJ30. It is a renewable program that enhances residual value of the SJ30 and can be transferred upon resell of the aircraft.

SJ30Mx

SSAC an online maintenance tracking system for the SJ30. Each aircraft is automatically enrolled. The first year is provided free with subsequent years on a subscription basis. In addition to tracking all scheduled maintenance it also tracks all serialized parts removal/installation of the aircraft to be used for reliability analysis.

Spares

SSAC provides parts support to all customers at a 98% fill rate in compliance with world airline and supplier guide (WASG) response time by partnering with our vendors. Spares have been available in inventory to support our first aircraft delivery. Spares locations have been developed to expedite parts shipment response time and to minimize aircraft downtimes.

Technical Services

SSAC provides both field service representatives (FSR) and technical specialists to support all SJ30s in the field. These representatives are trained by Sino Swearingen, Williams International, Honeywell, and Global Jet Services and backed up by experienced flight test mechanics from the factory. Each customer will be assigned a FSR based in their location and will accompany each new aircraft for at least two weeks to assist in aircraft familiarization and operations start-up.
