MANUFACTURING - ENGINEERING - FAA CERTIFICATION

Sino Swearingen Aircraft Corporation International headquarters are located at San Antonio International Airport in San Antonio, Texas.
Activities here include: Executive Offices, Design, Engineering, Development, FAA Certification, Flight Testing, Manufacturing of select components and structures, and Final Assembly and Delivery of the new SJ30-2 Aircraft. Sales and Marketing as well as Administration functions are based here as well.

STRUCTURAL TEST FACILITY

San Antonio International Airport is also home to The Sino Swearingen Structural Test Facility (STF) which is located opposite the field from the headquarters facility. The STF is a large three-story building that houses a full aircraft test fixture all test equipment and instrumentation for static, fatigue, and component testing of the SJ30-2. The test operations and control room/data-acquisition facilities are capable of recording 1000 measurement parameters simultaneously.

MARTINSBURG, W. VIRGINIA
MANUFACTURING FACILITY

Located at the Rockefeller IV, Technology Center. Manufacturing of the main structures, the fuselage and main wing take place in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
With over 87,000 square-feet of manufacturing and office complex the facility is capable of manufacturing structures at a rapid rate. This factory facility became operational in 1999 with the manufacture of empennage assemblies for the SJ30-2.
The major fuselage structure and the main wings are shipped to the final assembly facility at San Antonio Texas after construction in this facility.
