Prior to joining SSAC was President of Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation (AIDC) in Taiwan. Previously, Dr. Lo was actively involved in academic research activities and served as Chief Executive Officer for the Satellite GeoInformatics Research Center of the National Cheng Kung University. Dr. Lo has supervised lots of major programs regarding national aerospace applications and technology developments.

Edward J. Swearingen

Ed Swearingen has been active for over 62 years in the aircraft industry beginning in December 1941. At the age of 16, he began as a civil service employee in the U. S. A. F. overhauling military airplanes and piston engines. After several years of study, Swearingen entered the field of electronics and was employed by Continental Airlines. He then was employed by Lear Incorporated where he was involved in the design of Lear autopilots and airborne navigation and communication equipment. He became Assistant Director of Research and Development reporting directly to Mr. William P. Lear. He then became engaged in the development of Mr. Lear's first airplane which became known as the Lear Star.

Mr. Homan joined Sino Swearingen Aircraft Corporation in 1995 as Vice President developing, directing and overseeing all of the Quality Assurance programs for the new high speed, long range SJ30-2 Corporate twinjet aircraft. Mr. Homan has put in place and leads a very impressive team of over 40 professionals, a staff of highly experienced and professional managers and Quality Engineers as well as a very sophisticated program to maintain conformity control aimed at achieving FAA certification of the new SJ30-2 twin jet. Previously Mr. Homan led the Quality Assurance team at Fairchild Aircraft to completion of the FAA Certification program for the advanced high performance Metro 23 commuter airliner.
