Sino Swearingen Aircraft Corporation Announces Major New Capital Investment and New Majority Controlling Interest

Atlanta, Georgia, USA – Sept 25, 2007 – Sino Swearingen Aircraft Corporation is pleased to announce that Action Aviation Investors will make a major capital investment and acquire a controlling interest in the company. Action Aviation Investors is a joint venture between Action Aviation, Sino Swearingen’s largest distributor, and investment group, ACQ Capital. This change of control ensures that Sino Swearingen will have the necessary capital to initiate full scale production of the SJ30 jet and establish long term, beneficial relationships with its suppliers and customers.

In a meeting with employees on Monday, ACQ Capital chairman John Sabovich, said that he had “fallen in love” with the SJ30 and is “passionate about the company”. John has a great interest in aviation stemming back many years. Many of his family members, including himself, are pilots. In fact, his uncle was the founder of the Mojave Civilian Flight Test Center in California.

Hamish Harding, Action Aviation’s chairman, said “I am proud to be a part of Sino Swearingen’s new beginning. I have flown the SJ30 aircraft all over the United States and made 8 Atlantic crossings in the aircraft and it has always performed outstandingly well. This aircraft will provide a very effective new business tool in the light jet sector and I am proud to be a part of the team to make it happen.”

Action Aviation Investors has not announced Sino Swearingen’s new board members or senior management, but the original Taiwanese Investors will continue to have board representation. The transaction is expected to close by the end of October.
